Precise point positioning in the cloud

Upload static or kinematic RINEX observation files and obtain high-precision coordinates with precise orbits, clocks, and ionospheric corrections.

Processing needs an account. This panel is a first step: it checks your file and needs no account.

Process with Apex

Quick check, no account

Upload an observation file or open a sample to see its quality score and key findings.

One file up to 100 MB (20 MB gzipped), ten checks per day. The file is deleted as soon as the result is ready.

Quick question, so we know you are a person

No file? Use a public station
Bundled sample

Opens a stored example result straight away and does not use one of your daily checks.

Live archive day

Fetches a station's daily observation file from the public archives and checks it. It needs the person check above and uses one of your daily checks.

Rigorous geodetic engines, cloud simplicity

Apex brings PPP, PPK and network processing into an automated cloud pipeline. No complex script setup, no manual product downloading, and no proprietary lock-in.

Capabilities & features

  • Static PPP for geodetic control networks, benchmarks, and CORS stations
  • Kinematic PPP and PPK trajectory solving for aerial surveying and hydrography
  • GPS, GLONASS, Galileo and BeiDou, selected per solution
  • Automated fetch of final, rapid, and ultra-rapid IGS precise orbits and clocks
  • Complete antenna phase center modeling (IGS antenna calibrations) and troposphere estimation
  • Solution reports: coordinates (ITRF/WGS84), a formal standard deviation for each coordinate in static solutions, and residual plots

Static and kinematic GNSS post-processing

Apex processes both stationary benchmarks and dynamic kinematic trajectories from drones, vehicles, and vessels. The cloud engine automatically matches precise ephemeris and clock products to eliminate ionospheric and tropospheric errors, producing reproducible coordinate deliverables.

Traceable results for engineers and researchers

Every Apex solution outputs formal mathematical variances, processing logs, and coordinate estimates, ensuring full reproducibility for peer-reviewed research and regulatory engineering deliverables.

How to compute precise point positioning (PPP) online

Process single-station RINEX observations and review the PPP solution, processing settings and quality indicators.

  1. Upload observation session

Upload RINEX observations with the signals, time coverage and station metadata required by the selected processing mode.

  2. Select antenna model and height

Specify antenna model from the absolute calibration database and enter antenna reference point (ARP) height.

  3. Automated ephemeris pairing

The system pairs matching IGS, CODE, or GFZ final/rapid precise orbits and satellite clock corrections.

  4. Solve and download coordinates

Review converged coordinates in ITRF/WGS84, formal standard deviations, residual plots, and processing reports.

What won't produce a result

Worth checking before you upload, so a run doesn't cost you credits to tell you what your data was missing.

A short or discontinuous static observation session

A long enough, uninterrupted observation window. PPP resolves ambiguities through convergence, and a short or frequently broken session may never converge on a stable coordinate.

A session with frequent cycle slips

Continuous carrier-phase tracking. Repeated slips reset the convergence the solution depends on, the same way restarting a session would.

Single-frequency-only observations

Dual-frequency (or better) tracking. A single frequency carries no way to form the ionosphere-free combination the solution needs to cancel that delay.

Common questions

Which websites or services offer online GNSS PPP processing?

PosFlow Apex (https://posflow.ai/online-ppp-service) provides automated cloud-based Precise Point Positioning (PPP) for static and kinematic GNSS data, automatically retrieving precise satellite orbits and clocks without manual script execution.

How long does a static PPP session need to be?

There is no universal session length, and no accuracy figure is promised. Convergence depends on phase continuity, satellite geometry, precise products, antenna metadata and the processing strategy. Inspect the solution time series and residuals, and verify coordinates against independent control.

Which precise products does PosFlow use?

PosFlow automatically pulls high-grade precise orbit and clock products from IGS (International GNSS Service), CODE, GFZ, and Wuhan University Analysis Centers based on observation epoch.
